Whale sightings
We can not control nature, the weather or the movement of the whales. In the unlikely event that there are no sightings on your trip we do not refund. You are invited to join us again at no charge. (No refunds or returns on group or charter fares)
Safety
All of our boats are Coast Guard inspected on a strict schedule and are operated with your safety as a priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency there is safety equipment on board for every passenger. If you wish to wear a life jacket or have a child wear one on your trip it will be necessary for you to provide your own. We do not issue them as routine procedure and they aren’t necessary for your safety while on board. Please no strollers, large coolers, or glass containers. |
